The room was beautifully decorated and brand-new, we had a living area, a balcony, and WiFi. Also, location was stunning, not too far away from Playa Hotelera Beach. There were a market and many nice stores around the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this resort! The hotel facilities were superbly maintained and the staff were very accommodating and well-trained. The location was excellent, with the hotel right across from the beach, allowing us to enjoy the cool breeze and beautiful views. We also loved the convenience of having nice restaurants and bars within walking distance in this city.

There was nothing we didn't like.

As always in Mexico the weak point is the toilet, that is not clean.

The junior suite with no view was awesome. Nothing was missing. Lovely staff throughout the facility.

Unfortunately, we had a constant, persistent background noise in front of the balcony. When the balcony door was closed, it was not disturbing.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location on the vast expansive beach and the staff, who were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool was perfect; we spent hours swimming in the warm water. The breakfast was delicious, and we thought it was reasonably priced. Nothing, all great!

It was just superb! We had a penthouse and couldn't expect more than this. The terrace of our villa had a jacuzzi, beds, couches and a fantastic ocean view. The rooms all had a private bathroom and the living room was really big as well as the kitchen. The furniture was really really nice!

We had 3 rooms. The smallest one had no windows and the lights were very dim, which made a little bit difficult packing everything at the end :)

Very beautiful hotel by the sea with beach access, but a little far from the city centre. Very large, magnificent and super well equipped aquatic complex with different forms of sunbathing, tents, beds,... Heated water (we were in January), a bar in the pleasant swimming pool with delicious cocktails at reasonable prices, as well as small snacks. Entertainment (lotto, volleyball,...). Perfect Wifi. Valet parking service for free parking. Friendly staff.

Room with a terrace but which overlooked another part of the hotel with a very small corner to see a piece of the pool. Given the price paid, we could have expected better from a junior suite. The room was not yet made when we returned around 3pm, but having called a cleaning lady , it was made immediately.

We had an amazing time at this luxurious resort! The location was great, close to the airport and downtown, and only a short drive away from Cabo San Lucas. The facilities were beautifully maintained, and we loved being able to walk across the street to the plaza with restaurants. The staff at this hotel were exceptional - from the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, and the amenities provided were top-notch. our stay here was fantastic, and we can't wait to come back!

The fact that the maid found a pair of pants with car keys left behind by my husband.

When we first arrived after a day of travel we were harangued by staff to set up a time share interview. At over 500$ a night I was not happy. I did not want to spend 90 minutes for a sales pitch. Also our room was not ready and it took two hours for it to be ready. They tried to put us in a two bedroom when I had booked a one bedroom. The room was in a dark corner as well. The initial experience was not pleasant.
